You were never being dramatic.
You were being honest.
Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to turn the volume down.
Stop being so sensitive. You're too much. Get over it. Grow up.
So we did. We packed the CDs into a box and got good at being fine, but the feelings didn't go anywhere. They moved into the shoulders, the jaw, the chest. We still feel them in the 3pm slump and the Sunday-night dread.
The songs always knew, and we listen to the same playlist we’ve had for the last 15 years to remind ourselves.
This circle is a chance to turn the volume back up and let your body finally finish what those songs started.
This circle is especially for:
The ones who scream-sing in the car and call it therapy (it was)
The grown-up emo kids who never actually processed anything
The high-functioning adults whose nervous systems are fried
The people who've done the talk therapy but still feel something stuck
The curious first-timers who saw the flyer and felt a pull they can't explain
You do not have to be “spiritual.”
You just have to be willing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience with breathwork?
No. This circle is beginner-friendly. I guide you the entire time and offer options throughout.
What if I get emotional?
That’s welcome here. Breathwork can move emotion, but nothing is forced. You are always in control of your pace and your participation.
Do I have to share in front of the group?
No. Sharing is always optional. Listening is participation.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing, layers are recommended. I also recommend a pillow, cozy blanket and chapstick! Bring a water bottle if you’d like. Everything else is provided.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, epilepsy, severe asthma, or are under psychiatric care for unmanaged conditions, please reach out before registering. We can determine if this experience is appropriate for you.
