I spent over 10 years as an engineer in the energy industry. My job was understanding how systems receive, distribute, and respond under pressure — where energy gets stuck, where it leaks, and what happens when a system is chronically depleted.

I apply that same lens to the humans inside organizations. I've sat in the meetings, navigated the reorgs, and felt what sustained pressure does to a body over time. I know what your people are carrying because I carried it too.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither. This is somatic and energy-based work focused on regulation and capacity — not diagnosis or advice-giving. Many clients use it alongside therapy or coaching to address what talk-based support can't always reach.

What does this actually look like inside our organization?

It depends on the engagement. Workshop formats are facilitated sessions with your team. Leadership support is one-on-one. Culture Restoration involves both assessment and group work. We build the right structure for your context.

How do we measure results?

We establish what success looks like before we begin — and it's usually specific and observable: how leaders show up in meetings, how teams respond under pressure, how quickly people recover from hard days. We track what matters to you.

What size organizations do you work with?
