The Founders Calibration

For the founder who knows what to do and still can't find her next move.

How many tabs do you have open right now?

Not on your browser. In your business. The funnel you started building in March. The offer you rewrote in June. The course you bought in July because it promised the thing the last three didn't. You know how to do all of it. You've proven that. And somehow none of it is where the money is.

That's not a discipline problem. That's a "you don't actually KNOW your problem" problem.

You keep spraying air freshener without finding the cause of the smell.

You know when something stinks in your kitchen? You take out the trash, light a candle. It smells fine for a day, but then you smell it again every time you open your fridge. So you take a quick look, tossing some old items thinking maybe those were it, and put a box of baking soda in the back for good measure.

By the weekend, it's back, because you never actually found the rotten thing causing it.

Your business is doing the same thing to you. Something's off, so you fix what you can smell at the first sniff. New funnel. New offer. New content strategy. It helps, briefly. Then the same problem shows back up wearing a different container, because you sprayed instead of digging.

You're not failing to fix things. You're spraying air freshener every time. It’s time to dig through it all and find what the real cause of it is.

You didn't get here by being lazy. You got here by being everywhere.

You learn fast, and you always have! A new idea or a new tool or a new framework shows up and you're three modules in before lunch, because that instinct is exactly what built the business you have now. It was never the reason you're stuck.

You're stuck because every new spray of air freshener feels like progress, even when some of it is just motion. A tweak here, a rebrand there, a content strategy you'll test for two weeks and silently abandon, each one giving you a small hit of I did something today without ever finding what's actually rotting back there.

I'm ready to calibrate

You don't need another expert with the answer.

You've hired the coaches. Bought the courses. Each one promised this was the thing that would finally solve it, and each one handed you more to do, not more clarity on what actually matters.

Here's what none of them told you - You already know what to do. You've known for a while. What you don't have is which one thing to do first, because everything is tangled together and all of it looks urgent at once.

I'm not here to solve your problem for you. I'm here to help you see your problem so clearly that you can.

This is for you if:

  • You've bought the course… probably several.

  • You start strong on a plan, and lose it the second a new idea walks in.

  • You have so many ideas and downloads of what to do next, but nothing seems to really move the needle.

  • You can point to ten things wrong with the business and still aren't sure which one is the actual root.

  • You know exactly what you want in your business and have done the inner work to get there, but something is just missing.

  • You're tired of spraying air freshener and wondering why the smell never actually goes away.

You talk. Spill it all. Every symptom and every fire and every half-finished plan sitting in a Notion doc somewhere. Everything you'd normally organize into a tidy list before bringing it to someone, except here you don't have to do that first. Bring it messy. Bring everything, even the stuff buried in the back you'd rather not dig through yourself.

I take what you hand me and dig until I find it, the one thing actually rotting back there. That's the root. Not the ten problems you named (that are actually symptoms), but the one actually causing them. The thing that, if you fixed it, would make three of your other problems disappear on their own.

You leave with a plan. Not a list of ideas, but the specific next move, in order, for the root that actually moves revenue.

I've spent over a decade doing problem solving and root cause analysis in the corporate realm and the entrepreneurial space. Most people trained in this work are engineers, applying it to assembly lines and physical products, where a broken part has a fixable cause and a clear fix. I apply that same discipline to people and processes instead, where the broken part is a habit, a bottleneck, a decision loop, and most engineers never learn to find that.

I call myself an energy engineer, because that's really what I'm doing. On any given day, you're working with a fixed amount of energy. Most of what's keeping you stuck isn't a lack of it, it's where it's leaking. But the work doesn't stop at finding the leak. My job is to find where yours is going, redirect it toward what actually moves you forward, and build your capacity so day by day, you're not running on the same fixed amount forever.

People and processes don't come with a spec sheet. They come with a founder who's exhausted, a team that's scattered, a business with ten symptoms and one root. That's the part most root cause work never touches, and it's the part I'm best at.

Some of what you're carrying isn't even a clear problem yet. It's a feeling that something's off, a decision that doesn't sit right, a sense about your business you haven't been able to put into words. That instinct is data. I know how to take it seriously and turn it into something you can actually act on.

I'm not here to hand you another framework to add to the pile. I'm here to find the one thing underneath all of it, and stay with you long enough to make sure it actually changes.

Meet Karli

What People Are Saying

“I loved doing the Founders Calibration. I feel like I constantly have a million moving pieces in my business, and she helped me sort through all of them and figure out what I needed to focus on first.

She also asked me questions that made me think about what was going on beneath the surface, especially with my team. We were able to get to the root of some of the things I want to change and get clear on the kind of culture I want to create within my company and with the women on my team.

And I loved leaving with an actual plan. We took everything we talked about and turned it into specific action steps with dates attached. I am someone who loves a plan and loves feeling organized, so having that structure was huge for me.

I left feeling so much clearer about what I want, what needs my attention right now, and what I need to do next. If you’re a business owner with a lot of things going on and you need someone to help you sort through all of it and figure out where your energy needs to go, I would absolutely recommend doing a Founders Calibration with her.”

— Natasha K., Business Owner

“Karli helped us go from going around in circles to clear, forward movement. In about 20 minutes, we accomplished more than we had been able to in hours on our own. She asked the right, targeted questions to help us identify the root of the problem, clarify our goal, and determine the steps needed to get there.

She has a real gift for cutting through the noise, getting to the heart of an issue, and helping you move forward with clarity, focus, and aligned action. I would highly recommend working with Karli if you need help problem-solving, getting clear on your goals, and turning ideas into actionable next steps. She is truly amazing at what she does!”

— Natasha K., Leadership Team Member

“Karli was able to take all of the ideas running through my mind, all of the thoughts that needed to land, and organized them in a way that made complete sense. And not just that, but she also created an action plan so I could narrow down my focus to exactly what would move me forward towards my goals. She really listened, asked questions, and talked with me rather than at me. I left with so much clarity and a feeling of ease that I knew exactly what I needed to do next. And I couldn't want to get started!”

The Bottom Line

You can work as hard as you want. You can be pulled in a hundred directions at once, checking things off, staying busy, staying exhausted. None of it gets you anywhere.

Not until you sit down. Dig through everything that's actually keeping you from where you want to be. Find the one thing under all of it, and build a plan around that instead of around a hundred different tasks.

That's the difference between motion and moving somewhere.
